School dayz

This monday sasha had her first day of school. The teacher introduced her to the class and showed her where to sit, She was put in the front room. I was sort of surprised to see her in my class, 'cause she seems alot younger than me.

Because my school is so small alot of the classes are split. My building has: a few really smart 3rd graders and maybe 5 or 6 fourth graders, so about 9 kids in one room.
5 fifth graders and about ten 6th graders in the other room. the rooms aren't really seperated so we all sorta share three teachers. (well two teachers and one intern.)

After lunch we went outside. We showed Sasha around the school yard and the different building and who the nicest teachers were. ^.^
The teacher let us take an extra long break to show "this sweet little gal" around.  Kirsten brought out a big blanket and her drawing pad. We spent the rest of the school day getting to know each other and telling stories. Sasha told us that she has never been camping! can you believe that?! She said that where she used to live they weren't any forests around them. She still hasn't told us where she moved from. 

Hows school going for everyone? I think schools fun. The art teacher is really mean though :(

and she thinks that I skip art class. >:( oh well, that;s life ^.o

Snow day!!!

I woke up this morning. Got dressed, had a shower. Like any other day, you know? then we got a call from the school saying that it was a snow day! I called up Kirsten, Piper, Gia and Sasha. they all had the day off too! (well I know kirsten would 'cause we're in the same school xD ) We all planned to meet up with our snow suits, winter toys and anything else. Kirsten and I went right to work on making a snow man. I love making snowmen, with their cute eyes and nose ;)

Sasha Loved my sled. We spent hours pulling her down the hill and showing her the basics of turning and how to go the fastest. Can you believe she has never been sledding? She said that where she used to live didn't have any good hills.

Sasha didn't have very good snow gear either. she only wore a wool dress, and some things she wore last time I saw her. Gia walked her home a little early. After she got fairly cold.

Yesterday Piper, Kirsten and I went skating.

I really like skating, I havn't really done it before, I was surprised By how much I liked it :)
